**Semester 1: Advanced Safety Management & Industrial Legislation**
* **Module 1: Advanced Industrial Safety Management:** Principles of safety management, safety culture, accident causation theories, and cost of accidents.
* **Module 2: Industrial Safety & Labour Legislation:** Detailed study of Factories Act, OSH Code, environmental protection acts, and statutory compliance.
* **Module 3: Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA):** Techniques of risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HAZOP studies, and safety auditing methodologies.
* **Module 4: Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene:** Workplace ergonomics, toxic chemical exposure, ventilation systems, noise control, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
**Semester 2: Process Safety, Engineering Controls & Emergency Planning**
* **Module 5: Fire Engineering & Explosion Control:** Advanced fire protection systems, flammable material handling, BLEVE, and disaster control measures.
* **Module 6: Construction, Electrical & Mechanical Safety:** Safety protocols in excavation, working at heights, scaffolding, LOTO systems, and pressure vessel safety.
